Shipping policy

Digital goods (audiobooks, ebooks, etc.) are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel to the email address used at checkout. If you do not see it, please check your Spam, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab. Contact help@bookfunnel.com if you need any support with your digital items. 

Physical books will be shipped within 5 business days. Delivery time will depend on the type of postage chosen by the customer.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any VAT, or tariffs, or foreign/customs fees.

Due to current GDPR restrictions, we are sadly unable to ship to countries in the EU at this time.
